Sovra charges a subscription fee per employee, as agreed during signup. This fee covers access to the Sovra platform, employer portal, and employee app.
Employer contributions to employee wallets are separate from Sovra fees and are set entirely by the employer.
By using Sovra, you agree not to:
Sovra owns all rights to its platform, software, branding, and related intellectual property.
You retain ownership of any data you provide to Sovra. By using the platform, you grant Sovra a limited license to process that data to provide the service.
Sovra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or complete accuracy of all information provided through the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sovra's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the amount paid to Sovra in the prior 12 months.
Sovra is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
You may stop using Sovra at any time by discontinuing use of the platform.
Sovra reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if these Terms are violated or if required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
Continued use of Sovra after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
