From Employees:

  • Account login information
  • Optional expense entries (amount, category, date)

Optional Information You Provide:

Employees may choose to enter information when using features like the AI navigator or expense tracking. This may include general descriptions of healthcare needs (for example, “I need an MRI” or “looking for a doctor”)

This information is used only to provide guidance within the platform and improve the user experience. Sovra does not require users to provide sensitive medical or clinical information to use the platform.

  • Device and usage data
  • Basic analytics (to improve the product)

Sovra does not collect:

  • Lab results
  • Diagnoses or treatment data
